Kerrie makes her Blueprint debut with the 'Raw Regimen' EP.
Irish born, Manchester based Kerrie has been steadily pathing her trajectory in music for well over a decade providing herself with a multi-faceted education through DJ residencies, working at one of the UKs most well-respected record shops, Eastern Bloc and applying herself passionately to music production and playing live on her chosen analogue hardware set up; whilst delivering high impact results. Performing live and DJing at events such as Freerotation, Warehouse Project, Tresor Berlin and Elsewhere NYC alongside some of her favourite artists.
Recently Kerrie launched her own imprint Dark Machine Funk, a representation of her distinct raw analogue sound and has also released on various other well respected underground labels such as Symbolism, Dont Be Afraid, Cultivated Electronics and I Love Acid to date, and shows no sign of slowing down with 2022s release schedule tightly packed.
As well as being a DJ, live performer and producer, Kerrie is also an activist for community, authenticity and sharing knowledge. All factors are crucial to her part time role as events coordinator at the Eastern Bloc events space; one of Manchesters most loved venues where she focuses on booking, nurturing and developing local talent. Kerries understanding of the importance of local scenes to a city, most definitely stretch back to her early teenage years of raving in her home town of Cork, Ireland; which set the foundations for her current path in music.
Although only being in the public eye the past few years, Kerrie has been described as someone who comes across with the experience and presence of someone long invested in the culture, a statement which rings exceptionally true. Being tipped as one of the UKs most exciting emerging artists and with the stage now being set with the launch of her imprint DMF and releases on other labels you can expect to hear an unwavering amount of music forthcoming from the Irish artist.
