This is the third ALTAR OF FLIES album on iDEAL, after the "Permanent Cavity" CD in 2010 and the self titled LP in 2014. And in a way, it marks a new direction for AoR, more isolation, despair and loneliness is present than in previous works. "Bortom reven" was recorded before his recent recordings for Chrondritic Sound and White Centipede Noise. And as always, this is pure, honest experimental noise based upon tape loops, field recordings, primitive oscillators and a deeply disturbing presence.
