Weltformat Magazin 21: Present Yourself! The 2021 issue of Weltformat Graphic Design Festival dealt with the theme "Designing Identities" and was all about exploring the ways in which graphic design produces and is produced by visual identity. How do designers approach the design of identity? As a part of the program, the festival handed over the design of its poster campaign to seven international design studios to use as an exploratory space for self-promotion. Before the festival, the seven posters were on display throughout Switzerland and accessible as a public exhibition titled "Present Yourself!" During the festival, a documentation of the public exhibition was shown as part of the festival itself. This supplementing booklet contains interviews with the seven design studios. The designers elaborate on their processes, styles, and approaches, as well as their personal interests in poster designs. The interviews are complemented by a photographic documentation of the public exhibition.
