Curated by Filipa Ramos, Dueto brought together the works of two artists – Joan Jonas and Maria Paz – from different contexts, generations and experiences. Guided tours, film screenings and workshops were presented, offering the public different views on the pieces that occupied the Gallery's two floors between September and November 2023. The book, designed by Marta Ramos, reveals the ideas and thoughts behind the practice of these artists, through interviews and unpublished essays, as well as the photographic memory of the exhibition.
