Last year, during her time in Australia, Xuri had the incredible opportunity to record the sound of the Australian Bell Bird. Its call is so unique that it resembles that of a mechanical bell. This recording served as the inspiration for 'Serenity Trails,' the new album by the Copenhagen-based artist, where electronic instrumentation blends seamlessly with the sounds of nature, in perfect harmony. This is a powerful release, grandiose in its apparent soothing timidity. A great way to kick off the year at CCA.
