One could argue that as a human activity, music would be inconceivable were it not for the existence of birds; which have inspired the melodies of our most distant ancestors. These went so far as to create bone flutes and skin drums, the oldest known musical instruments, in an attempt to approach the elasticity and virtuosity of the song of those who fly. We know that there are birds that, without need of artifice, have even managed to store and reproduce encoded images in PNG format through their own singing. Fl.eD begins its activity paying homage to all birds, recognising them as the first and last responsible for human musical capacity. This release represents an attempt to see them represented in the greatest possible number of manifestations simultaneously, with results musical, visual, sonic and symbolic and even cybernetic.
